Caveat Emptor! [which means in Latin] "Let the Buyer Beware!" is the premise of this Live Journal. This is my story, my nightmare, and what I am currently having to deal with. It begins with the purchase of my FIRST home - a 1995 Fleetwood 28X70 (double wide) manufactured home and what happened when I contracted a business in Northeast Pennsylvania to relocate my home. It is my diary of events and list of contacts from just about every level of Government going from the State level right on down to the local. It is about theft of property and no action ever being taken, its about being bounced around from one office to another and being told at every turn, "Its not our problem". Its about a new homeowner, a taxpayer, a citizen - trying diligently to fight back to protect her home, her investment and her future.
